The Lighter Side: Contract
Even without CMMC, NIST 800-171 was already in our contract!
“The Lighter Side” is a regular cartoon about the trials and tribulations of the Defense Industrial Base and its quest for CMMC Certification.
While the timeline for CMMC compliance continues to progress (and will continue to get clearer over the next couple of months!), NIST 800-171 is already a contractual requirement for any organization subject to DFARS 7012.
